The history of Ayurveda is very old that starts from Vedas (The Holy Book in Hinduism). The need of Ayurveda was revealed by creator of the world himself- Lord Brahma.  There are four Vedas in Hinduism they are - the Rigveda, the Yajurveda, the Samveda and the Atharvaveda.

The Atharvaveda has the principal of healing and it is stated the Ayurveda origin from it. Ayurveda is based on Atharvaveda which describes human’s life cycle.

The Ayurveda Concept- The Ayurveda concept encourages us to live healthy with nature and follow a healthy lifestyle. According to Ayurveda the universe is made of five elements (Fire, Air, Water, Earth and Space) and they are called Panchamahabhutas.  Each human individual has a distinct balance, and our health and well being depends on three Doshas (Tri-dosas)
